The entrance to the garage is right at the top of the ramp. Red Wings could be if they can manage to win a couple and not miss the playoffs. The Tigers are also out of town, so that is not a conflict. I'm not sure exactly when that goes into effect, but if you arrived between noon and 1:00 I'm guessing that the deck will be wide open and you can park for free. Greektown casino parking is usually free, but they enforce 'special event parking' for concerts like this.
I'm assuming this the the Taylor Swift concert since that seems to be the only one coming up.
